A WARM WELCOME to the Austrian 3Rdays 2023

Dear 3R-Community,

on behalf of the Austrian 3R Center (A3RC), the RepRefRed Society, the MUI animalFree Research Cluster, the Cell Culture Days Graz and the ACTC (Advanced Cell and Tissue Culture) we would like to cordially invite you to the first face-to-face meeting of the Austrian 3R Center, the Austrian 3Rdays from December 5th to 7th, 2023 in Innsbruck.

This event is intended to cover all aspects of the 3Rs: Refinement [Verfeinerung] – Reduction [Verminderung] – Replacement [Ersatz], which are currently in motion.. Therefore, our motto this year is A3RC InN Motion.

Outstanding national and international keynote speakers as well as short presentations by young scientists, selected from the abstracts, will present the topics covered in the scientific sessions. In addition, young scientists will have the opportunity to present and discuss their results in poster sessions.

Topics of this year’s sessions include exciting news from the field of the 3Rs, how to accelerate the implementation of the 3Rs and what opportunities and challenges this brings.

The meeting will start with the “applied 3Rs” on the first day, followed by two scientific days on “Refine/Reduce” and “Replace”. In addition, a workshop session with different stations will offer the opportunity for a limited number of registered participants to practically apply innovative novel cell culture techniques.

The meeting takes place in the exclusive halls of the Congress Messe Innsbruck (CMI) in the center of Innsbruck. We thank all sponsors and exhibitors for your valuable contribution and support!
