Dear 3R-Community,

we are happy about your interest and your plans to visit the Austrian 3Rdays 2023 in Innsbruck. For the realization of this congress we strive for a certification with the Austrian Eco-Label. Travel and accommodation of the participants play a central role.

Not least because of the central location and the good public accessibility of Innsbruck as well as the walking distance to the venue, we organize the Austrian 3Rdays at the Congress Innsbruck for the 1st time.

We ask you to consciously choose your journey and accommodation according to criteria of sustainability and resource conservation and have summarized the most important information for a car-free stay below:

Travel by train (ÖBB, westbahn)

International long-distance trains from Vienna, Zurich, Munich, Bolzano and all regional trains stop at Innsbruck main station. Timetables are available at www.oebb.at and www.westbahn.at.

Public transport Innsbruck (IVB, VVT)

The bus stop “Congress / Hofburg” of bus line B is located directly at the Congress Innsbruck main entrance. Several bus and streetcar stops of different lines are within walking distance. You can find the detailed timetables here: www.vvt.at or www.ivb.at

Arrival by bike or IVB city bike

The Congress Innsbruck is easy to reach by bike, e-bike or IVB Stadtrad. Parking is available at the main entrance and at the entrance to the Hungerburgbahn. Details about the IVB Stadtrad rental bikes can be found here: https://www.ivb.at/en/passenger/mobility/stadtrad/

Travel by car

Please form car pools and travel together if possible. A guidance system leads you easily and directly to the Congress Innsbruck. The access to the city underground parking garage is located at the main entrance, there are over 700 parking spaces available for a fee.
